Tempe's designers seek inspiration in travel, trade fairs, magazines and on the street. Colours, forms, trends, textures… information is fundamental, it is the best tool for creativity. Every element has the potential to generate ideas.

The team works to coordinate footwear collections with clothes and accessories for all the chains in the group. With the help of the manufacturing department and suppliers, our creators’ visions are realized season after season: gracing the feet of millions of customers around the world.
