These activities are audited by external agents giving them credibility and increased transparency as regards Corporate Social Responsibility. Inditex's efforts have been internationally evaluated.

The Inditex group sees itself as a responsible and socially committed organisation. Legitimate profitability and dialogue with interest groups (customers, employees, suppliers, shareholders and the society in general) who unite under a concept of organisation directed towards far reaching sustainable planning.

Tempe has adopted the groups Corporate Social Responsibility criteria, the principles of which are: good faith in relations with stakeholders; ongoing dialogue with the aforementioned stakeholders and social organisations; and transparent business processes, or more specifically a more transparent sustainability strategy.

These three areas of the company; economic, social and environmental affairs, are affected by the new policies and management systems adopted in recent years. Ever since 2002, this triple prism has been inspiring Inditex to create a Sustainability Report in accordance with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards. This action is a clear exponent of the commitment and a major example of transparency, facts and internationally renowned values.
