Our aim is to respond to customers’ needs, as they are the heart of Inditex’s business model.

We engage in all work processes, from design and production to distribution, with strict adherence to Inditex’s sustainability model.

Our business structure, which includes commercial brands and corporate departments, is focused on offering fashion products of the highest quality through flexible organization and a strong emphasis on our customers in all areas of activity – from design, provisioning, quality control and manufacturing to sale, logistics and distribution.

We work to ensure that our customer’s experience, both in physical stores and online, is a quality and exclusive experience.

We are unconventional and constantly searching for new ways to bring the product to our customer in an innovative, original and inspiring way.

All of the stores in the Group are hosted on a single commercial platform. Both the physical and online stores are a single contact point for customers with the brands. 

The new footwear areas in select stores help to make our customer’s experience unique, thanks to the technology, innovation and personalised design of these spaces.

We offer quality fashion to customers on the five continents.

This stage is accompanied by an effective logistics system based in Spain which takes new products to

all of the Group’s stores twice a week, making it possible to fulfil our aim of offering quality fashion to customers around the world.

Specialization and vertical integration allows us to offer short turnaround times and great flexibility. Teamwork and collaboration between different areas and departments contribute to the development and strengthening of synergies.

Keeping up to speed with the trends at all times and with the support of the latest technology, our designers are capable of capturing in 3D designs prototypes that are almost identical to the final product.

Their technical knowledge, sales analysis and feedback on stores and commercial teams, together with a broad vision of fashion, make it possible to dispatch new products to stores two days a week.

We work with over 320 suppliers worldwide with a clear objective in mind: supplying our business in a and responsible way. We work to ensure that our products are created using sustainable and high quality raw materials in an efficient life cycle inspired in the principles of the circular economy.

All of our suppliers comply with Inditex standards on the protection of human rights and the promotion of international labour standards, product health and safety and environmental standards, always committed to ethics and excellence.

These standards are applicable not only to our direct suppliers but also to all facilities used to manufacture our products. This means we can trace every single stage of our production chain to know exactly where and how our products are manufactured.

Thanks to our logistics teams, our products from both physical and online stores can reach any destination worldwide within 48 hours. 

Our three logistics centres are located in the Elche Business Park in Alicante, Spain, next to our headquarters. This proximity allows us to guarantee swift and efficient distribution, as well as reducing energy consumption.

Through these logistics centres, we transport footwear to the physical and online stores twice a week, with delivery times of between 24 and 48 hours for any location worldwide.

Thanks to RFID technology, we can manage our product inventories and locate any item whether it is in a warehouse or a store.

Efficiency, flexibility and response times are key elements of our logistics.
